ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY!

The PlayerTraffic team believes in helping to foster the freedom of the global community.
However, we also feel obliged to uphold certain principles, for both moral and legal
reasons and to this end we have created this acceptable use policy. PlayerTraffic reserves the
right to implement whatever automated or manual systems are necessary to enforce this
policy and by using these services you are indicating that you agree with these terms.
Definitions. As used in this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply.
"PlayerTraffic" shall mean PlayerTraffic the company, including the PlayerTraffic.com website and
all operations, online or otherwise, of the PlayerTraffic company.
"Banner ads" shall mean the banner that users of the service provide to PlayerTraffic to
act as an advertisement for their site on the PlayerTraffic system.
"PlayerTraffic" and "banner ads" shall have the same definition as set out in
the preamble hereof.
Faked clicks:
PlayerTraffic employs both automatic and manual systems to prevent clicks from being faked;
either by software or by members repeatedly clicking on their own links. Members who
repeatedly click on their own links will be removed from the network.
Acceptable use policy:
PlayerTraffic is provided to assist you with generating additional traffic for your website. As
a condition of your use of the service, you guarantee that you will not use PlayerTraffic for
any purpose that is unlawful, or prohibited by this document. You may not modify, copy,
distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, derive works from, transfer, or sell
any information, services or benefits obtained from PlayerTraffic, except with express
permission of PlayerTraffic
You may not use PlayerTraffic to link to sites that:
Promote or facilitate hatred of any race, religion, nationality or other subdivision of
humanity - all are unique and valuable members of our world's population.
Harass, abuse, defame, threaten or violate otherwise the legal rights of others, including
that of privacy - this is not how we would wish to be treated.
Contain pornography or sexually explicit material - many find this offensive.
Sell, distribute, market or disseminate in any way firearms, munitions, explosives,
controlled substances (e.g. illegal recreational drugs), tobacco, pirated goods, stolen
goods or any other product or service, which it would not be legal to sell.
Conduct illegal contests, pyramid schemes, chain or unsolicited mailings.
Mislead the public in any way.
Cause PlayerTraffic to violate any law or statute.
Facilitate illegal activities.
You must not use banner ads, which:
Use words or images, which we deem inappropriate either through their offensive or child
insensitive nature.
Are misleading about the sites content.
Offer potentially misleading claims of rewards and prizes.
Are not in English - since we are only targeting the English-speaking market at present.
Banner ads must:
Appropriate for a general audience. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. Our decision is final. PlayerTraffic reserves the
right to modify banner ads that we feel are inappropriate but will notify the member that we
have done so. Any breach of the acceptable use terms may result in the closing of your
account as a member.
Termination
PlayerTraffic may terminate or suspend provision of any or all services at any time for any
reason without the obligation to give notification of this. Although we will, of course,
do our best under the circumstances.
Changes to Service
PlayerTraffic reserves the right to alter, at its own discretion and in the course of normal
business, services offered and their conditions. These include and are not limited to the
banner exchange network itself and the PlayerTraffic affiliate scheme.
Obligation to Integrity
By joining PlayerTraffic you guarantee that should any information held by PlayerTraffic such as
website address or email address change, you will modify this data through the member
services panel, in order for our data to be accurate.
Liability Disclaimer
Your access to and use of the PlayerTraffic is at your own risk. PlayerTraffic, its members and
sponsors, will not be liable for any damage, loss or disclosure of information, data,
revenue, accounts or business that occurs in connection with your use of PlayerTraffic. PlayerTraffic
makes no warrant of any kind regarding the dependability, accuracy, security, timeliness
or availability of the services provided. Without limiting the foregoing, PlayerTraffic and/or
its respective suppliers make no representations or warranties about the condition,
suitability, reliability, availability, completeness, security, timeliness, or accuracy of
the information, or services and materials for any purpose. All are provided "as
is" without warranty of any kind. PlayerTraffic and/or its respective suppliers hereby
disclaim all representations, warranties and conditions, express or implied, with regard
to this information, software, products, services or materials, including all implied
warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and
non-infringement.
In no event shall PlayerTraffic and/or its suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect,
punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages or any damages
whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits,
arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of services, with the
delay or inability to use PlayerTraffic or related services, the provision of or failure to
provide services, or for any information, software, products, services obtained through
PlayerTraffic, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even
if PlayerTraffic or its suppliers has been advised of the possibility of damages. Because some
states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for
consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. If you are
dissatisfied with any portion of PlayerTraffic, or with any of these terms, your sole and
exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the services.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold PlayerTraffic and its suppliers harmless from and
against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not
limited to legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms. We reserve the right to
modify this policy at any time without giving any notice.
This agreement shall be construed and enforced under the laws of the European Union,
exclusively European Union courts.
